Thoughts on this December 7th

Apparently we have forgotten the lessons learned from December 7th and have not nuked anyone since we nuked Japan in revenge for that attack. On the other hand, we did not nuke the fuckers the next day: we waited until we had conquered all the territories they had usurped and then as we were poised at their doorstep ready to launch an assault of human armed forces, or so they thought, we surprised them with a fucking weapon from - to them - another planet. I like to think, in my more solemn moments, that we are preparing the same kind of late-date greeting to Islam and the entire Muslim population. I do not know how one could possibly make a weapon that is Belief-System Specific. But we can always hope for the best. Happy December 7th, Japan, and I hope that on some future September 11th we can say the same to the Mohammedans.
