Oil and Dinosaurs

People still believe oil comes from dinosaurs. That's about all I can say on this topic. It's too amazing, this instance of human dunceness, that even I can't haul a conversation out of it. Maybe you can. You might be dumb enough to try to make the effort, assuming you believe the claim. Which you probably do. Since everyone does. Give it a shot, I'd love to hear it: explain the process of how it happened, step by step, so I'll know. Thanks in advance.
