How To Handle A Bully

   How do you handle a bully? Well, the Federal Government's tax-paid advice and public service messages on prime time television advise you to RAT THEM OUT!! Don't handle it yourself, oh no, that would be WAY too American and individualistic. Nope. What you do is tell a bigger bully. Like a cop. Or an administrator. Who will then arrest the bully. And then you will find yourself surrounded by ten more bullies who will hate you now with even more energy than the first bully did because you're a douche. And they will kill you. So, yeah, follow Washington DC's advice. They always know the solution to every problem. That's why their reputation as a problem solver is so fucking high.
