Guest Blogger

Buckshot greeted me via my email box with a "guest blogger" article. He said if this doesn't get us both into trouble nothing will. Well, I read what will get us both into trouble and compared to what I put here this is Emily Post at her most courteous, so I'm not too worried. And I'm certainly not worried about losing readers, I don't have any. He must think that this is a paying venue. When that check never shows up the little light should go on.

Here’s a guest blog for ya. This should get our collective tits in a wringer.

“It’s for the children!” I’m interminably sick of hearing that quote from our so-called public servants, and every socialist entity in America . “Millions of children will be without health care!” That’s another favorite catch phrase that makes my blood boil. You notice they never tell you that most of those children are not American citizens. Do I hate children, and want to see them suffer? Of course not, but it’s not up to me to raise, nurture, or provide doctors for them. This is nothing but a ploy by socialists we’ve elected to office who seek an ever increasing strangle hold on the American taxpayer.
The parents of these children come to America illegally to “find a better life” instead of trying to change their own country, because their country can’t be changed without force of arms, and they have none. Since the Spanish conquest of Mexico , the Mexican people have not been allowed to own firearms. The vastly corrupt military, police, and the drug c art els are the only ones with firearms; therefore, the ability to run the country as they see fit. The Mexican people have, over the years since their conquest, adopted an attitude of acceptance of the political situation in their own country, and come north to escape it. Since they do not have the ability or resolve to change their own country, they began to change ours, because they can. Working with socialist groups in America , they are rapidly destroying the foundation of the few freedoms that we, as Americans, still have.
The socialist movement in America began to move into the mainstream of politics in the late ‘50s, and grew during the “tune in, turn on, drop out” ‘60s. Ask yourself where all those radicals of the ‘60s went after the Age of Aquarius? Did their philosophy change? No, just their method of delivering it. They went from the opium dens of Haight–Ashbury to the institutions of higher learning, where their message would be readily accepted by those trusting young minds that knew no better. Ask anyone under 25 years about American history; The Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the struggle for freedom when this nation was formed, and most importantly, WHY that struggle was necessary! They haven’t a clue. They have no concept of the price of the freedoms they so willingly throw away, or the lives that were lost to give them those freedoms. I hesitate to use the term “brainwashed” because it signifies something clean, and this theft of America ’s future is as dirty as it gets.
Most young Americans now readily accept all new governmental restrictions on their freedoms of speech, assembly, and the right to bear arms because they, our next generation; those who will lead America next, have become subjects, not citizens. Our Founding Fathers’ nation of “government of the people, by the people, and for the people” has ceased to exist because “We, the People”, have allowed it.
If you want to see what is in store for America , you need look no further than Mexico . I feel a certain amount of compassion for the Mexican people, because the conquest of their nation and their spirit is centuries old, but I feel no compassion whatsoever for “We the People”, because we are willingly trading our freedom for dependence, and our nation’s proud history for lies and catch phrases, so get in line, folks, and turn in those nasty old guns, but remember: The new Conquistadors wear power suits instead of armor, and rule by decree, not by force of arms, as yet. Perhaps the most humiliating aspect for me is that “We the People” gave them that power!
