I was driving in residential. made a U turn no signal. an got hit from the guy following me. who is at fault?

Hey. I was driving in a residential part of the city. There was no oncoming traffic, so I made a U turn, without a signal. The guy behind me T-boned me, an claims it to be my fault. Who would be at fault here? I didn't use a signal. But could I claim he was following way to close?

What is the signal for a u-turn? You must be Chinese to just whip a u-turn any place on the street.You're at fault and should be put in a North Korean hard labor camp.I hope this helps you.

Would a girl let a guy they don't like do this?

ok last nite i went to a party and while we were watching a movie the girl i like was sittin in front of me then later on in the movie she asked me to massage her shoulders/neck(the area between the neck and shoulders) and i did that for about 10 minutes, but i was just wondering, could this be a possibility that she kinda likes me???
